DFW Signal provides AI-powered phone automation and receptionist services designed to assist businesses in handling inbound communications, appointment scheduling, call routing, and related customer interactions. Services are provided as described in applicable agreements or onboarding documentation.

DFW Signal may send SMS messages related to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, or service updates. SMS messages are sent only after a user has provided consent, which may be collected verbally during a phone call or through website forms. Message frequency may vary depending on the interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. DFW Signal does not send unsolicited marketing messages and does not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining lawful business practices, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their operations. Clients remain solely responsible for the content of their communications and any actions taken based on information collected through our services.

While DFW Signal aims to enhance call handling efficiency and customer engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance improvements. Results may vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability; however, our services depend on third-party platforms, telecommunications carriers, and cloud infrastructure providers. DFW Signal does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be held responsible for outages or disruptions caused by external systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for services within the preceding billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. DFW Signal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
